Terms
This document explains the terms of use and disclaimer of 90dayfreessl.com (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to the following.
1. Intermediary role
90dayfreessl.com is a technical intermediary that helps you obtain free SSL/TLS certificates from the Let's Encrypt (ISRG) certificate authority. Certificates are issued by Let's Encrypt, not by 90dayfreessl.com, and are subject to the Let's Encrypt Subscriber Agreement.
2. Responsibility lies with the applicant
All responsibility — including requesting the certificate, domain validation, installation, use, renewal and the safe storage of private keys — lies solely with the applicant (user). The applicant declares that they own or are authorised for the domain they wish to validate.
3. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is", with no express or implied warranty including availability, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose.
4. Limitation of liability
90dayfreessl.com shall not be liable for certificate validity, revocation, expiry, mis-issuance, any Let's Encrypt outage or change, nor for any resulting data loss, loss of revenue, downtime or any direct/indirect damages. All risk rests with the user.
5. Let's Encrypt terms
The user must read and accept the Let's Encrypt Subscriber Agreement. For any certificate dispute, the responsible parties are Let's Encrypt (ISRG) and the applicant.
